Questions about payment or coupons? We'll answer the most frequently asked ones below.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and V Pay). You can also pay with KBC, CBC, GiroPay and EPS.

I want to pay with a bank transfer.
We believe in easy-to-use payment methods for both our customers and ourselves. Since we feel that a bank transfer is not, we do not offer it as a payment method.

I would like to pay after receiving my product.
Unfortunately, we can only ship orders that have been paid in advance. All our payment options offer excellent buyer protection, so there is no need to worry. Additionally, you can return any product to us within 14 days and we will return your money to you. Please note that we only refund shipping costs when there has been a mistake on our behalf. More on our return policy can be found here.

How do I get a coupon code?
Make sure you follow us on Instagram and Facebook and are subscribed to our newsletter. Keep an eye out in your local shop too!

What kind of coupons do you have?
We have two kinds of coupons: one where you get a percentage off (e.g. 25%) and one where you get a specific amount off (e.g. €10).

Can I combine coupons?
You can combine as many coupons for a specific amount as you would like. However, you cannot combine a coupon for a specific amount with a percentage off coupon. It is also not possible to use more than one percentage off coupon on a single order.

Can I use coupons on a discounted item?
You may always use coupons for a specific amount, even on discounted items. However, a coupon for a percentage off can only be used if the item is discounted by a specific amount. If instead an item is discounted by a percentage, you can’t add a percentage off coupon to your order.
