How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within five business days. Most orders should arrive within two weeks after shipment, but this may vary depending on your location and our distribution partner. To check the status of your order, you can use the tracking code we sent you when your order was shipped.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code in your mailbox when your order has been shipped. You can use this on our delivery partner’s website to check the status of your order. Please note that the tracking link will only be active after our delivery partner has received your order.

There seems to be a problem with delivery, what can I do?
First, make sure you check your order’s status with the provided tracking code. Your package may be waiting for you at a nearby pickup point. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will get in touch with our delivery partners.

There is something wrong with my order. What should I do?
We are very sorry something went wrong. Please contact us with your order number and we will find a solution.

Please make sure you have also checked your spam folder. Also keep in mind that it may take a little while for your payment to be processed and for your confirmation email to be sent. If you still have not received confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us.
